Initial contact between (me) and Cell Phone Restore CPR Mobile started first (I) responded to AT&T 6105 Stewart Rd. Ste A, Galveston Texas (409) 744-2802 to get my phone fix..? (attached customer must present card at time of intake for 10% discount is attached herein) exhibit (A)

I went to the store location 2323 Winnie St. Galveston, Texas 77550 in the month of early December 2019 and spoke with one of their agent (Hispanic/white male) with tattoos who took my phone and tried working on it for me at the store,

then tried charging it on a special charger, because the plus charging would not work, as he then claimed, he fix it,

but then sent it to Houston to make sure the special work) was correct at their store there..? as I keep checking on my cell phone, took pictures of the inside of their store as these are uploaded on my Instgram account in the Month of (November)…?

On December 31st 2019 went to this store again and paid them for repairs, as they claimed my phone is still in Houston Texas, being fixed..? with my Debit Card “Cash Purchase” $102.30 and left

On 1st of January they said the store will be open and I could come get my phone, which, this was a lie, he then told me the guy having car problems delivery from Houston with my phone,

as I check with them on that 3rd of January 2020 to give them more time, at this point they claimed it be there by that afternoon, which as of this undersigned date (They) still have my Phone number with their record of transactions and still never call with my phone,

replace it or even acknowledge my existences when in the past (employees) then told me when the guy come from Houston Texas in Jan 2020 he will deliver it to me later because they close at 9:00 Pm ..? this is Feb 11th 2020

On the 4th of January I went to the store again ask where is my cell phone as they keep with the information it now not ready, and they looking in the store to find it..? but keep telling me different stories, and then it’s the driver delays,

being used for several days in this load of crap lies as I made them well known in the very start I wanted my phone,

all data, safe, which they asserted me this would happen and they still have not even attempt in February 11th 2020 return my phone,

after police being called, in January (Video) on my instagram too..? Which to this undersigned date (this Company) still not even attempted to actually replace it, or gives me my (money)..? Or call, just big bully as if (we) NSA Gov. “Stupid”.

To the point the owner talking to the Galveston Police officer on Video I recorded as if he is stupid too..? my phone now went to random repair shop in Houston (Texas) yet he the owner of that (store) ..?

And said let get this issue settle in some bully manner over a dam phone call with the (Police officer) which has nothing to with Me..? But more lies..?

That has now official leading to (several National & International legal actions) now starting with this additional “Spying on (Secret Service) Naval Cmdr (Me) and the hostile data theft Crime too.
