Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Defendant Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA),
Defendant the Defense Security Service (DSS), Defendant the Pentagon Force
Protection Agency (PFPA) committed to further (RICO) fraud in
non-disclosure of “enslavement” of “pro se Plaintiff Hamilton II (USN) # 2712
herein being committed to wrongful criminal acts of forced slavery servitude
deception intended to result in financial and personal gain of the defendant to
maintain “whites supermcay” over the “enlisted” pro se plaintiff under a

Hamilton II on or about the 12th day of February 1980 did
solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of
the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear
true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the
President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over
me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help
me God.”, and in doing so being a direct cause of action against

defendant having achieved Pro Se Slave Negro (Hamilton) enlistment to defend
defendant (United States of America) whites supremacy) against Pro Se Hamilton
own well being, civil rights and dignity no less,

DOD) Defendant the United States Department of the Navy, intentionally misrepresenting
a past existing fact. That 13th and 14th amendment of
said constitution did not existed upon said oath of services of Pro Se
Slave Negro (Hamilton) USN # 2712 when being absolutely RICO fraudulently ongoing criminal defendant
United States of America “Slave Trade of 1619 august 20th – continual onward such, “The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt
Organizations Act,”, “Honest Services
Fraud 18 U.S.C. § 1346” Constitutional fraud “Fraudulent Concealment”,
“Embezzlement”, “Conversion”, and “Misrepresentation of Material facts”, “Deceptive
Trade Practices To Obtaining continue Negro Slave Military
property by false pretenses based on race in direct further violations of
defendant own rules of governing laws pursuant to
Title 42, Chapter 21 of the U.S. Code
prohibits discrimination against persons based on age, disability, gender,
race, national origin, and religion (among other things) in a number of
settings -- including education, employment, access to businesses and
buildings, federal services.. as such Oath of enlistment do described a defendant defunct “Constitution as described herein and upon which (5) Oath having been obtained

As being false
fraud, government document direct to the “Negro Pro Slave Plaintiff Slave in his
person, and all Negro Plaintiffs further being the same, as then under false further
being a “Veteran Status” under false pretense of existences of support and defend the Constitution of
the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear
true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the
President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over
me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help
me God.”, while being “enslaved” by Defendant from 1619 – 2013…?
The Oath of Enlistment and the Oath of Office
are pledges made by each member of the Armed Forces. This is the final step
before basic training.
Enlisted personnel take the Oath of
Enlistment before they ship out, while Officers take the Oath of Office upon
receiving commission, You must abide by your Oath for the duration of your
military career. Though enlisted members and commissioned officers take
different oaths of service, they all confirm their duty to defend the
Constitution.
Enlisted members must pledge to accept and
obey orders. All members, enlisted and officers alike, agree to become subject
to the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Enlisted members take the Oath after
they have completed the final interview at MEPS. Afterwards, you will return to
the hotel before you ship out. Recruits in the Delayed Entry Program will return
home and begin basic training at a later date. After you take your Oath, you
will be ready to serve in the United States Military. Congratulations!
(a) Enlistment Oath.—
Each person enlisting in an armed force shall take the following oath:
“I, __________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will
support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies,
foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same;
and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the
orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the
Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”
The oath may be taken before the President, the Vice-President, the
Secretary of Defense, any commissioned officer, or any other person designated
under regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Defense.
