Motion for expedited “Unconditional and Immediate Surrender”
of Defendant United States of America 1865 – 2016 Civil War, as being still
ongoing wrongfully directed at 44.5 Millions of Negro Plaintiff(s) and just
cause for Keeping all Plaintiff(s) in 2016 without any legal citizenship and
simple “Slave Property” of all parties involved other than Plaintiffs as
described in “Dred Scott” vs. Sandford, 60 U.S. 393 (1857)
“Unconditional and Immediate Surrender”
We, the undersigned Prisoners of War, 1865 – 2016 belonging
to the Army of Northern Virginia, having been this day surrendered by United
States of America by Proxies Executives Officer and Vice President of The
United States of America on behalf of the Confederate
Commanding said Army(s), and official the Knight of The Klu
Klux Klansmen Dynasty 1865- 2016 “Unconditional and Immediate Surrender” to
Louis Charles Hamilton II, Cmdr. Bluefin Known to be of “United States Navy
Secret Service”,
And to “Civil Rights
Attorney” Deadria Farmer-Paellmann do hereby give our solemn parole of honor
that we will not hereafter serve in the armies of the
Confederate States, or
the Knight of The Klu Klux Klansmen dynasty 1865- 2016 in any para-military,
assaults, threats, or racial hate propaganda capacity whatsoever, against the
Entire Multinational Citizens being in the jurisdiction of
United States said entire population enjoying having solemn respect, freedom
and secure honor regardless of race, creed, color, or sexual preference
residing all being just citizens of The United States of America,
Property exchange, in such a manner as already outline in the
Petition before the World Court Justice of The Hague,
Until property exchanged, in such manner as shall be mutually
approved by the respective authorities.
