United States Federal Docket No. 1:2011 CV-OO240 Hamilton II vs. U.S. Attorney
Office . CVS/Caremark and UPS, fully set forth herein direct cause of action
for “Religious Prosecution, and Conspire to committed to the same against “pro
se” slave Negro Hamilton II in his person, as indicated in mostly all
U.S. District Court in
Texas records, fully (RICO) ignored, direct further cause of action, acting
under color of law, in hate crimes direct at the “pro se” Plaintiff and the
“objectives” of each and every defendant State of Utah, Church of Jesus Christ
of Ladder Day Saints, Lowell and Helen Walker, brothers: LaMont H. Walker and
wife, Lori, Murray, Utah; Nico J. Walker and wife, Michelle; and Nathan A.
Walker and wife, Lynette, both of Salt Lake City, Utah; sisters, Mrs. Frank
(Luana Joy) Sawatzki, Farmington, Utah;
Mrs. Douglas (Corry Sue) Cutler and Mrs. Curtis (Faith) Ryan, Mrs.
Preston (Melissa) Christensen, all of Salt Lake City, involved in the Death of
Pro Se Slave Negro Louis Charles Hamilton II, USN SS #2712
* Note: “Douglas Cutler” is not involved (he) is the only person
in the entire (Mormon Walker Klan family treated me as a “Brother-in-law” and
was there when my unborn child was (DOA) as his wife was rude, he (Fixed) her
up, and escort her from my home just before Christmas in Utah… he a Non-hostile
witness Yet, Witness for the (Plaintiffs) in all Matter concerning the
(Mystery) of my children, death of wife, and death of “pro se” Plaintiff Slave
